Here at Blue Daily Elephant Care Sanctuary we followed and agreed with the concept of a No-touch elephant sanctuary Chiang Mai. We are one of the most ethical elephant sanctuaries in Chiang Mai Thailand. We offer a kind of hands-off elephant care program, there are no riding, no bathing, no washing and no performing in shows. Instead, visitors spend the day observing elephants from the treetop observation deck, learning about their behavior, gathering food for them and chatting with their caretakers and your tour guide, also learn about the herbs, trees, wildlife, and insects found in the jungle. Yes this is a truly ethical, sustainable, and elephant-friendly. Your visit directly contributes to the care, conservation, and protection of Asian elephants in Chiang Mai Thailand.

Drive 1.5 hours towards The Southwest of Chiang Mai.

Visitors walk from the parking lot through beautiful Hill tribe rice paddy field 10 minutes.
Arrive at Blue Daily Elephant Care Sanctuary, located among the mountains. Changing into an elephant keeper t-shirt. Briefing about our elephant care idea.
09:45 AM
Visitors will help cook some herbal Rice balls for elephant's good health.
The 1st time hands-off feeding of the day, help fill Feeding Tubes with sugar cane, grass, bananas.
Enjoy the view of elephants eating from the Treetop Canopy Observation Deck.
10:45 AM
Visitors walk with elephants along the safety distance through the beautiful Lush jungle.
Observing elephants drink some water in the river, play in the Mud pit and elephants chill out in
the river themselves. Observe elephants foraging, interacting among their families in natural environments. Visitors walk with elephants along the hillside back to the sanctuary main area, fill up some more food for
elephants in the Wooden boxes. As the 2nd time hands-off feeding of the day.

Visitors enjoy having Lunch in our Veranda Restaurant with gorgeous views of the river and mountains.
Foot Spa for you - Just relax and soaking your feet in warm water with salt, herbs and flowers.

01:00 PM - Happy Afternoon Hours
Jungle Waterfall Walk with Elephants
Visitors go jungle waterfall walking with elephants along the safety distance through the forest.
Observing elephants chill out in the Jungle waterfall themselves. After the elephants get off the water,
visitors may take this opportunity to cool off in the waterfall while elephants are foraging in the hillside.

Elephant Farewell Session
Visitors walk with elephants along the riverside, crossing the bamboo bridge back to the sanctuary main area.
Fill up some more food for elephants in the Wooden boxes. As the 3rd time hands-off feeding of the day.
Watch their happy time eating calmly and finally it´s time to bid farewell to the elephants.
Take a cool shower and dry off.
03:30 PM Prepare yourself and return to Chiang Mai.
